I could not get to the Moggil cenotaph yesterday, not driving for now, rolled up the garage door, motorised, opened the back of the Ford so I could hear service on ABC radio, they did well, bit foggy so could not see sunrise, after that, drove 4Wd walker to local shops, met a couple of old mates, veterans, we had coffee and a yarn it was good,

Dawn service as usual for me. Breakfast (with the usual glass of port on these days) and then off to my RSA (Returned Service Association) for then 10:30 service. Lunch and drinks afterwards (with a Ex UDR mate).

That time of year again, will make the effort tomorrow, first time with new electric wheelchair, still need Territory to get me there, old mate Chalky 25 RA it will be 4th anniversary of the passing of his wife,

Left early 04;30 to get parked at Booker Park Moggil cenotaph, need not have worried many people parked at old shops and walked up, good bloke helped get my powered wheelchair out of car and assisted across grass and got me coffee, met many old mates , rain held off until service was over, on way home saw old mate by bakery so we had coffee and a yarn,
