IN MEMORY OF THOSE IN THE FALKLANDS CONFLICT

Today is the unfortunate day that The LSL Sir Galahad was hit by 3x1000lb bombs.I wish to honour those who were killed on that ship and the following who were friends and colleagues from 16 Fd Amb:-

    Major R Nutbeem
    Lcpl I Farrell
    Pte K Preston

May they all rest in peace and be remembered for their ultimate sacrifice as those in other conflicts, past and present.

Be who you are and say what you feel...
Because those that matter, don't mind.
And those that mind, don't matter!

Yes, that was a bad day, and one I won't ever forget.

As a Combat Med Tech on the ground that terrible day perhaps we should also remember those such as myself from the 3 service arms who saved the butchers bill being a lot larger. It's a sight and memory I will take to the grave with me.
