      I remember that day well Ian Mutch was my Training Corporal at the Bridge of Don in 1965, Colin Leslie was a friend of mine and a very good football player, WO2 Arthur MacMillan was in Support Company in the Assault Pioneers, RIP gentelmen you won't ever be forgotten.

        I have struggled to post here as I did not know what to say, I cannot imagine what it must be like to lose someone you expect to grow old with and share watching the kids grow and go on to become grandparents together, these things I have had whilst too many have not.
        We will not forget them Merc, they will live on in those who care about them.
        Spanners do it with their tools.
