          Lisburn wasn't a real 'safe zone'. When we notionally got a day off at the Maze. Many like myself, were keen swimmers. We used to go down to Lisburn baths, but at least one person had to keep an eye on the swimmers, and carry a sidearm whilst wearing civvies..

                              This year I had planned to be there earlier to see the family but at the last minute a cousin over from Australia needed a lift to the station to catch a train to Heathrow so I missed them. Last year I dropped one of our NIVA business cards into one of the tributes in the hope they might get in touch.
