Craftsman Anthony Lombardi of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, died in an explosion while on vehicle patrol in Helmand Province.

The 21-year-old was attached to the Light Dragoons as a vehicle engineer. His convoy was hit by an explosion in Babaji in Lashkar Gar.
