    I remember a friend and platoon corporal today who was the first "POACHER " to be killed on my first tour in 1972.

    Cpl Mick Boddy Killed in action, age24, on 17 August 1972 R.I.P.
    Shot by a sniper while on foot patrol in Selby Street, off Grosvenor Road, Lower Falls,Belfast.

              I visit his grave and memorial in Peterborough and leave a cross every year.

              Had a chat with him in May this year.

              Be who you are and say what you feel...
              Because those that matter, don't mind.
              And those that mind, don't matter!
