    S/Sgt Robert H. Lennox
5th Bn. Ulster Defence Regiment - F Coy (Part Time)

Bobby Lennox was a postman and was ambushed as he delivered mail to an isolated cottage in Knockloughrim. He was married with five children, and was off-duty at the time of his murder.

Their sacrifice will not go unremembered.

The mail had been sent deliberately by his killers, to lure him to an abandoned property where they waited for him. Even after shooting him they continued to fire their weapons at him, as he lay on the ground.

    Rest easy comrade.
