8th March 1984
Pte Samuel D. Montgomery - Aged 23
11th Bn. Ulster Defence Regiment - C Coy (Part Time)
Shot dead by two IRA gunmen as he worked at a filling station on the Airport Road, Moira. He was single and Off Duty at the time of his murder.
